In ’96, he began serving as strategy coordinator/church planter for the Ife people group of Benin and Togo. Four years later, he was transferred to Cameroon, researching unreached people groups of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Sao Tome and Principe, Gabon, and the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). After 27 years of service, Jess and Peggy are now residing in San Angelo.
